It’s not uncommon for my clients to describe to me how they wish to become more powerful.
They often feel they are not as strong or decisive as they need to be so they believe power is the answer.
What I usually point out to them is that power is not what they are lacking…they are lacking potency.
In this video I quickly describe the difference between power and potency and why I liken it directly to someone telling me all about how they’re either worried about or trying to beat their competition.
HINT: They are focusing on the wrong people (or person) to exact this change. It’s a YOU thing…it’s ALWAYS a you thing.
Are you striving to get into a position of power or potency? Let me know in the comments when you felt you were in this state of feeling powerful and if it was because you had suddenly been granted influence over others.
I look forward to hearing from you.
