Forget What You’ve Been Taught. It’s a Ready, Fire, Aim World.
It’s like we’re constantly walking a tight-rope, isn’t it? You have someone telling you to slow down and make sure you are well-prepared before doing anything; and, then you have someone else telling you to stop thinking about it so much and just get started.
Believe me, I use to hear these sames messages about my job and later my own companies.
So, which one is right? Do we need to slow down and prepare some more and stop spending so much time preparing and being strategic and get to it already!
In this mini-course I will share what I believe kills most people’s momentum. More often than not, I watch people prepare and try to perfect when what they should be doing is going out there and begin taking action now!
Now, certainly there are cases when jumping into something prematurely can really hurt the cause. But, most of the time it is far better to get something moving and out there and then look at ways to improve it rather than waiting and waiting to let it fly.
In the comments let me know of a time when you maybe held onto something for too long when all you really needed to do was let it go and good things would have started happening. Or, if you had a time when you did take the ready, fire, aim approach and we met with tremendous success.
