There are always going to be others like you…but, your signature strengths, when identified properly make you the strongest choice by far.
You would think that each of us would know our signature strength, right?
I mean, it’s obvious…right? After all, it is OUR strength.
Not true.
The fact is that most people consider something they are good at, or perhaps great at as their signature strength. Like sales, or fitness, or project management.
But none of these are signature strengths. They are simply things we do very well.
When we take something we do really well like sales and understand our signature strength (i.e. influencer, provider, equalizer) we perform at entirely different levels than those who think being an extroverted salesperson is their strength.
Or an athletic fitness instructor who is good with people and empathetic towards their clients needs.
These don’t set you apart…nor do they translate to your client as to you being irreplaceable.
